Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Amount Refund
Booking amounts paid online or at the dealership are refundable subject to a processing fee. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing at the branch where the booking was initiated.
2. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method or via cheque within 7-10 working days.
3. Service and Spare Parts
Services rendered are non-refundable. Spare parts once sold and fitted onto a motorcycle cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect verified by Bajaj Auto Ltd.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Insurance premiums, RTO registration charges, and road taxes once paid to the respective government departments are strictly non-refundable as per government regulations.
